Weatherization Assistance Program
The program strives to preserve and improve homes by making them healthier, safer and more energy affordable. Weatherization is available to low income homeowners and renters for stick built and mobile homes in Grays Harbor County and Pacific County.
Insulation: Attic, floors, walls, water pipes and water heaters.
Health and safety issues.
General air sealing measures: caulking, weather-stripping doors and windows, duct sealing and venting.
Minor repairs that are necessary in order to insulate.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
The program provides financial assistance to help income eligible households make home heating more affordable, avoid shutoff of utility services during the winter, and maintain a warm and safe environment.
