The On Track Art Festival committee will hold their 4th annual On Track Art Festival Auction on June 6, 2009, at the Simpson Plaza in Hoquiam. Up for auction are many wonderful artistic works from supporting festival artists. Attendees can enjoy a great dinner, music, socializing, fun and a lively auction with well known Auctioneer LeRoy Tipton.
There are currently 40 items tagged for auction (with more donations expected over the next few weeks). Items range from original art work, photography, jewelry and other items created and donated by festival artists to generous donations from local businesses, restaurants and others.
Tickets for the dinner and auction are $25.00 and can be obtained through twood@cityofhoquiam.com, (360) 593-2370 or by contacting Committee Co-Chair Mary Brown at (360) 581-9482. Here is your chance to own an original piece of art and support the Arts in our community.
All proceeds from the auction go to the continued support of the On Track Art Festival which is held every August in downtown Hoquiam. This years festival will be August 22-23, 2009. Check out the City of Hoquiam website for up to date information on all of our events at www.cityofhoquiam.com.
