The Community Cyber News™ Founding

The Community Cyber News™ was founded on January 1, 2009.  Its first edition, the Grays Harbor Edition, began appearing on the Internet in February 9, 2009.

This Cyber Newspaper is the sole property of the Princes Of Peace Foundation™ and is published only in electronic format on the Internet as www.TheCommunityCyberNews.com.

The publication is a GOOD NEWS site.  Only good news is published – Good News You Can Use™No put-downs, no bad news, no negatives, no win-lose situations and no violence.  Its sole purpose is to create personal and World Peace by building community.

The continuous nature of this publication means it is constantly updated in a top-down fashion with newer news on top and older news below in reverse chronological order.  Since there are no individual publications as with a paper medium, the publication will be updated on a 24/7 basis as content becomes available.

Unpaid local columnists, reporters, photographers and artists provide content.  This content is managed by Contributing Editors for each section of the publication. When the Section Editor deems the submission ready for publication, it is added to the site.

Content is accepted from anyone associated with the Grays Harbor area.  Please see submission policy for details.  Content may be sent to Managing Editor, Jay Prince, at Jay@TheCommunityCyberNews.com.

We are always looking for good editors for this ever-expanding publication.  If you are interested in making this publication a success, please contact the Managing Editor at Jay@TheCommunityCyberNews.com.

Publisher and Webmaster is Micky Dexter-Prince.  Both she and Jay Prince are founders of the Princes of Peace Foundation™.

Our Name

The name, The Community Cyber News™, was chosen to represent the conceptual basis for this publication.  The publication is Community-based news reported by local people.  It is published only in a Cyber medium on the Internet.  As our motto states, it is Good News You Can Use.

It is published in local editions – hence the Grays Harbor Edition.  Many more local editions will follow.
