America has a problem with landfills- we can’t exist without them, but we don’t want to live next to one. However, cities with a recycling program are bumping up against a ceiling of 50%, and seem perplexed as to what to do about it. Recyclers are becoming more resourceful in these tough economic times. They are recycling because they believe it is the right thing to do for the planet.
